After School Clubs

OCES PTA has partnered with vendors to offer a variety of after-school clubs from 3:25-4:25 p.m.  Clubs begin February 24th (exact end dates vary by club). 

OCES Spanish,

Spanish is a full-year program and registration takes place in the fall. 

OCES Engineering/Snapology 

Tuition: $160

Schedule: Mondays

OCES PTA has partnered with Snapology to offer two robotics clubs. During Kinderbots, students in grades K-2 will use legos to build dogs, helicopters and more while learning the fundamentals of robotic design. In Real World Robotics, students in grades 3-6 will use legos to build alarm devices, earthquake detectors and more! Click here for the Kinderbots flyer and here to register. OCES Chess Club 

Tuition: $210 

Schedule: Tuesdays

OCES PTA has partnered with Magnus Chess Academy to provide students the chance to learn and practice chess.  The program emphasizes fun, but also sneaks in critical thinking, sportsmanship, and patience.  Chess Club is open to all students and meets on Tuesdays.  OCES Girls on the Run

Tuition: $210 (financial assistance and discounts available)

Schedule: Tuesdays and Wednesdays

OCES girls in grades 3-6 can join coach and OCES staff member Eliana Klein for a running group that includes discussion of topics like standing up to peer pressure and positive body image. OCES Sports

Tuition: $200 

Schedule: Wednesdays (K-3) 

OCES PTA has partnered with Overtime Athletics to offer Sports Spectacular for grades K-3. The Sports Spectacular Variety Program features the best “to-do” list ever – Basketball, Soccer, Flag Football, Kickball, Capture the Flag, and MORE! Click here for the flyer. Click here to register.  

OCES Art

Tuition: $180

Schedule: Thursdays

OCES PTA has partnered with Young Rembrants to provide drawing classes.  Your elementary-aged artist will explore basic composition with the Fish Below Ice project and they will travel to the Great Wall of China right from their desk. Sports fans will cheer for our Hockey Player drawing, while budding historians can learn about the master strokes of Leonardo Da Vinci and Franz Marc’s Blue Horse. OCES Yoga

Tuition: $180

OCES PTA has partnered with Warrior Kids Yoga to offer yoga for students in all grades. Students can expect to enjoy the focus, flexibility, strength and self-confidence that a yoga and mindfulness practice brings. Click here for the flyer and click here to register. 

OCES Drama Club

Tuition: $144

Schedule: Fridays

OCES PTA has partnered with Acting For Young People to provide “Take the Stage” this spring. Through theater games, improvisation, and storytelling, young actors will build their skills and confidence as performers in preparation for a special showcase presentation, held on the last class day.
