Olde Creek Elementary School PTA will be holding our annual fundraiser “Laps for Learning” on Saturday September 21st. Each year, to raise funds, approximately 300 students gather pledges for each lap that they walk around the school. The event raises around $15,000 annually and is our largest fundraising event of the year. Money raised goes to pay grants to the teachers for in-class programs as well as other special programs such as Jump Rope Club, Art Walk school wide assemblies, and class field trips.
We offer three different levels of sponsorship.
• Platinum Sponsors contributing a monetary donation of $400 or more will have their logo (larger size) included on our T-shirts. Platinum Sponsors also have the opportunity to supply marketing or promotional materials for us to include in the swag bags provided to all our runners.
• Gold Sponsors contributing a monetary donation of $250 will have their company name in plain text included on our T-shirts.
• Silver Sponsors contributing a monetary donation of $100 will have their logo and link to their website shared on the PTA event website.
All of our supporters will be announced in online and print materials promoting the event and have their logo and link to their website included on the PTA event website. To have your logo or company name included on the T-shirt, we must receive your company logo and contribution by Wednesday, September 4th. Marketing or promotional items from Platinum Sponsors must be received by Friday, September 13th.
In addition to monetary donations, we are also accepting prize donations for our young fundraisers. Students that raise funds will be entered into a raffle for prizes. For your contribution, you will be listed as a donor on online and print marketing information distributed to school households.
As the one elementary school in the Woodson Pyramid with specialized programming for students with social and emotional needs, Olde Creek appreciates your contribution and support of all students.
