Laps for Learning Sponsors

 Olde Creek Elementary School PTA will be holding our annual fundraiser “Laps for Learning” on Saturday, September 30th.  Each year, to raise funds, approximately 300 students gather pledges for each lap that they walk around the school. The event raises around $15,000 annually and is our largest fundraising event of the year. Money raised goes to pay grants to the teachers for in-class programs as well as other special programs such as Makerspace, Jump Rope Club, Art Walk and class field trips.

We thank you for considering sponsoring our young fundraisers this year and promote your business to our local community.  

We offer three different levels of sponsorship.

• Platinum Sponsors (limit 6) contributing a monetary donation of $400 or more will have their logo (larger size) included on our T-shirts and on the sponsorship banner displayed at the event.  Platinum Sponsors also have the opportunity to supply marketing or promotional materials for us to include in the swag bags provided to all our runners.

• Gold Sponsors contributing a monetary donation of $250 will have their logo (medium size) included on our T-shirts and on the sponsorship banner displayed at the event.

• Silver Sponsors contributing a monetary donation of $100 will have their logo and a link to their website included on the Laps for Learning event webpage.

All of our supporters will be announced in online and print materials promoting the event and have their logo and link to their website included on the PTA event website.  To have your logo included on the T-shirt or sponsorship banner we must receive your company logo and contribution by Tuesday, September 12th.

In addition to monetary donations, we are also accepting prize donations for our young fundraisers. Students that raise funds will be entered into a raffle for prizes. For your contribution, you will be listed as a donor on online and print marketing information distributed to school households.

As the one elementary school in the Woodson Pyramid with specialized programming for students with social and emotional needs, Olde Creek appreciates your contribution and support of all students.
